Ustica’s black rocks are brought to life with colourful blooms of hibiscus and vivid green cacti whilst whitewashed, traditional houses brighten up the shoreline.
 
If you enjoy hiking, you can choose among 5 different routes of various levels which branch out through valleys, hilltops and sea-cliffs.
Nature and History are combined in a couple of these itineraries as they pass through archaeological sites.
For the less energetic, there are bikes and scooters for rent, ideal for an island tour.
A beach resort is also available for relaxation and sunbathing if you’re more in a lazy mood!
